This brand new home is fabulous! The unit has been decorated beautifully in cobalt blue Mexican tiles and calming blue Azul tones. There is a separate master king bedroom with a patio and bathroom access inside. In the living room, there are two couches that are standard twin mattress size. Perfect for the kids or extra guests. The patio is where you’ll spend most of your time relaxing and taking in the view! Great kitchen amenities. Wonderful breeze through this unit! Come relax in Azul!
The Space
You will enjoy full private access to your one-bedroom unit and the shared rooftop patio. There are light-blocking curtains and AC for leisurely mornings of sleeping in. The kitchen and open living room are designed for connecting with friends and family to create memorable moments. If you are traveling with more people, Villa Fiesta is located across the entryway and the doors can be opened giving you the entire floor! There is still a locking door on the overall floor and the security gate below. Please discuss with the host and view Villa Fiesta at Casa TereZola as well!
Guest Access
The guests have access to a fabulous rooftop patio! A kitchenette, restroom, and shade create something for everyone at any time! Views of the jungle, colorful town, and the Pacific Ocean are incredible! Other guests may use this space as well. Great space to mingle, but the home only has two rental villas, so you will surely have plenty of rooftop privacy!!

The owner and her family have pets. The dogs Roxy and Carlos keep a good eye on things with their poodle buddy, Mojito, but the cat, Margarita is the one who is really in charge. All are overly friendly! Your units are pet free and cleaned to guarantee an allergy-free environment! If you have a pet, please let us know in advance!
Surfboards, paddleboards, and boogie boards are available for rent! “Z” is a certified instructor if you’d like to take some surfing or paddleboard lessons while on your vacation! 😎. He lives on site.
Beach towels are provided. Chairs and umbrellas as well (based on availability)! Housekeeping is provided regularly and included in your nightly fee! No large cleaning fee at check out!
